Living in the Okanagan with his wife and two young kids, Kevin is truly someone who understands the importance of hard work, family, and building something meaningful. Whether it’s time spent motorbiking, boating, snowmobiling, spending quality time with family, or enjoying a round of golf, he believes in making the most of life. 

With over a decade of experience in lending and equipment, Kevin has built his career around one goal, helping business owners get secure financing helping them grow their business confidently. As an entrepreneur at heart, he's passionate about helping business owners scale their operations creating financial security for themselves, their families, and their teams. His focus is always the same - delivering the best outcomes and long-term results for every client. 

Based in the Okanagan, Jared is a proud husband and father to three young children. Outside of work you can find him hiking, skiing, biking, and enjoying time with family. He believes real wealth is more than money, it’s about freedom, peace of mind, and being able to fully enjoy life - balancing real life priorities with strong financial decision making.  

With over a decade of experience, Jared specializes in supporting business owners through business consulting, wealth management, and group benefit solutions, helping them strengthen their operations while building long term stability. Jared had built his career around helping clients make strategic decisions around leasing and financing. He’s an entrepreneur at heart and loves helping business owners grow their business with the right strategies, guidance, and protection in place. His focus is always the same - making sure clients feel supported, informed, and set up for long term success. 

Located in the Okanagan, Danielle is married with two young children. Ouside of work you can find her enjoying time in nature and spending time with her loved ones. She has perfected balencing work life with family life. She has a strong passion for helping businesses stay organized and and feel financially confident. 

She understands how busy life can get both at work and at home, which is why she focusus on creating clear and consise systems that save time and reduce overwhelm. Her goal is to help her clients feel in control of their books so they can focus on gowing their business and what really matters. She approaches every client with the same goal - giving buisness owners confidence, clarity and room to grow.

Originally from Vancouver Island, raised in the Okanagan and now based in Toronto, Elizabeth is passionate about helping individuals and business owners feel confident and organized in their finances. She works closely with clients to streamline their bookkeeping, organize financial records, and build systems to support long-term business growth. Elizabeth has one main goal - ensuring clients feel empowered and well prepared for the future of their business. 

With an academic background in history and information management and a passion for learning; Elizabeth takes pride in her attention to detail as well as her initiative to help others gain confidence in their finances. When not in the office you can find her working through her stacks of Canadian History books, baking, or laughing with loved ones.

Growing up in the Okanagan, where an active lifestyle and strong sense of community shaped her values and work ethic. Currently pursing a four year buisness degree, she is developing a strong foundation in business operations, communication, and orgazational strategy. She brings solid administrative skills including organization, time management, record keeping, and attention to detail. 

Passionate about working with people, Kadence thrives in collaborative environments and is always eager to learn and grow. Outside of school and work you can find her hiking, traveling, fishing, and spending quality time with loved ones.
